1. Who we are
Ecomm Growth LLC is an Amazon marketplace agency. We provide advertising management, retail analytics and reporting services, including our eShopIQ analytics application, to brands that hire us ("Clients").
2. Information we collect
From Amazon, with our Clients' authorization. Through Amazon's Selling Partner API and Amazon Ads API (including Amazon Marketing Stream, Amazon DSP and Amazon Marketing Cloud), we retrieve business data for the accounts our Clients authorize: advertising performance, sales and traffic metrics, inventory, catalog and Brand Analytics data.
- We do not request, collect or store Amazon customer personally identifiable information (PII), such as buyer names, addresses, emails or phone numbers.
- Amazon Marketing Cloud results are aggregated and anonymized by Amazon before we receive them.
From you directly. When you contact us, we collect the details you provide (such as name, email, company and message) to respond.
Automatically. Our website may collect standard technical data (browser type, pages visited) for security and site performance.
From eShopIQ users. We keep each user's name, email, role, brand access and a sign-in record (time, IP address, browser) for 400 days.
Onboarding documents. If a Client asks us to open an Amazon account or enroll in Brand Registry, we collect the business documents Amazon requires, which can include an owner's ID and a bank statement. We keep them in a private, access-logged store and delete them within 7 days of verification and never later than 60 days after upload. We never record full account, card or tax ID numbers in our database.
3. How we use information
- To deliver reporting, dashboards, analytics and advertising recommendations to the Client who owns the data.
- To operate, secure and improve our services.
- To respond to inquiries.
- We never change anything in a Client's Amazon accounts through these APIs.
We use Amazon data only for the purposes the Client authorized and as permitted by Amazon's agreements and policies.
4. What we do not do
- We do not sell, rent or trade any data.
- We do not share one Client's data with another Client, or combine data across Clients.
- We do not use Amazon data for advertising to Amazon customers outside Amazon, or to build profiles of individuals.
5. Sharing
We share data only with:
- the Client who owns it and the people they designate;
- service providers that process Client data for us under confidentiality and security terms: Supabase (database and backups, United States), Cloudflare (application hosting and network), Saras Analytics (Daton, copies Amazon reports into our database), Apple iCloud (stores encrypted backup copies only), Amazon Web Services (receives Amazon Marketing Stream advertising files, United States) and Anthropic (the AI models our team uses to analyse Client data, and to read an uploaded document when asked). We tell Clients 30 days before adding a provider that can see their data.
- authorities when required by law.
6. Security
We protect data with industry-standard controls, including encryption in transit (TLS 1.2 or higher) and at rest (AES-128 or higher), multi-factor authentication for staff and administrative access, least-privilege access with quarterly reviews, secure credential storage, logging and monitoring, and a written incident response plan. Our database and backups are in the United States. If a security incident involves Amazon data, we notify Amazon within 24 hours of detecting it and notify affected Clients in writing within 72 hours of confirming it.
7. Retention and deletion
We keep a Client's Amazon data only while we provide services to that Client. When a Client ends our engagement, revokes our access in Seller Central, Vendor Central or the Amazon Ads console, or asks us to delete their data, or when Amazon instructs us to, we stop retrieving that data and permanently delete it, including from backups, within 30 days. If a law requires us to keep a specific record, we keep only that record, secured, and delete it when the obligation ends. Sign-in records are kept for 400 days.
8. Your choices
Clients may revoke our access at any time in Seller Central, Vendor Central or the Amazon Ads console, and may ask us to access, correct or delete their data. Website visitors may ask us to delete the information they submitted.
9. Reporting a security or privacy issue
Email security@ecomm-growth.com to report a vulnerability, a suspected security incident or a privacy request. We acknowledge every report within 2 business days, track it to resolution and tell you the outcome. If an incident involves Amazon data, we notify Amazon within 24 hours of detecting it and notify affected Clients in writing within 72 hours of confirming it.
10. Children
Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13.
11. Changes
We may update this policy and will post the new version here with a new effective date.
