These Terms govern use of ecomm-growth.com and of eShopIQ by Clients of Ecomm Growth LLC. If a Client's signed engagement agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement controls.

1. Who we are

Ecomm Growth LLC is an Amazon marketplace agency located at 10300 Kestrel St, Plantation, FL 33324, USA. In these Terms, "we" and "us" mean Ecomm Growth LLC, and "Client" means a business that has engaged us.

2. Services and eShopIQ

We provide Amazon consulting, advisory, advertising management and reporting services under each Client's engagement agreement. eShopIQ is our reporting and analytics application. It is read-only: it provides reporting and recommendations and never changes listings, prices, bids or campaigns on Amazon. The Client's team makes any changes in its own Amazon accounts.

3. Client authorization

The Client authorizes eShopIQ through Amazon's Selling Partner API and Amazon Ads API consent screens. The Client may revoke that authorization at any time in Seller Central, Vendor Central or the Amazon Ads console. Revocation stops data retrieval and starts deletion as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable use

Logins are personal and may not be shared. Each user may access only the brands assigned to them. Data in eShopIQ may be used only for that Client's business.

5. Data

How we collect, use, share, secure, retain and delete data is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Fees

Fees are set in each Client's engagement agreement. eShopIQ is included in every engagement at no extra cost.

7. No Amazon affiliation

Ecomm Growth LLC is not affiliated with or endorsed by Amazon. Amazon, Seller Central, Vendor Central, Amazon Ads, Amazon DSP and Amazon Marketing Cloud are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Our services and eShopIQ are provided as-is for business use. Recommendations are advice; the Client decides whether to act on them. Our total liability is limited to the fees the Client paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms and will post the new version here with a new effective date.
